0:00 Многие пациенты, особенно в возрасте 50-60 лет, сомневаются какой вид протезирования им выбрать — съемный или несъемный. По началу, действительно съемный протез может показаться хорошей альтернативой имплантации. Он меньше стоит, где-то его быстрее сделать, чем постоянный протез на имплантах, можно достигнуть хороших внешних результатов. В плане эстетики, на сегодняшний день, можно выбрать очень красивые гарнитурные зубы, и десневой контур будет очень красивый. Но стоит помнить, что костная ткань атрофируется, и если в 50-60 лет поставить съемный протез, то к тому времени когда человек станет пожилым, через 5-10 лет когда костная ситуацию ухудшится, съемный протез перестанет держаться, потеряет все свои преимущества, он будет болтаться, под него будет постоянно пища попадать. Имплантаты уже установить будет проблематично, потому что костная ткань за 5-10 лет уже атрофировалась. Тогда большой вопрос, сейчас мы выиграем это время, а что делать дальше.
1:15 При протезировании на имплантах возможно установить улыбку и зубы буквально за 1 день. Установить импланты и сразу же установить на них несъемный протез. Это быстрее, чем изготовление обычного съемного протеза. Второе большое преимущество — это то, что протезы на имплантах передают нагрузку непосредственно на импланты, а импланты передают нагрузку на кость. Это стимулирует кровообращение костной ткани и предотвращает атрофию. Уровень десны и кости сохраняется на протяжении всей жизни пока импланты стоят.
